CCJA SheBop Young Women in Jazz Workshop được thành lập vào năm 2017 như một cách ý nghĩa để kết nối các nghệ sĩ nhạc cụ trẻ với các nữ cố vấn chuyên nghiệp. Trong nửa tá hội thảo, các buổi giao lưu và các chương trình mùa hè vệ tinh đã diễn ra trong nhiều năm kể từ đó, CCJA đã giúp xây dựng một cộng đồng mạnh mẽ bao gồm các phụ nữ trẻ, phụ nữ và các nhạc sĩ phi giới tính trên phạm vi Front Range.
Hội thảo SheBop Young Women in Jazz được dẫn dắt bởi giám đốc Annie Booth và bao gồm một trải nghiệm kéo dài vào cuối tuần bao gồm: chơi nhóm nhỏ, các lớp học thành thạo nhạc cụ, các buổi giao lưu, hội thảo ứng tác cũng như cố vấn và kết nối quan trọng và có ý nghĩa. Hội thảo SheBop 2022
The SheBop Young Women in Jazz Workshop is led by director Annie Booth and consists of a day-long experience including small group playing, instrument masterclasses, jam sessions, improvisation workshops, and important and meaningful mentoring and connection. The workshop culminates in a performance for the community.
The workshop will be held at the MSU JAIM Building at 800 Kalamath St in Denver on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9am-6pm.
There will be an informal concert for friends and family from 5-6pm at Renegade Brewing, 925 W 9th Ave, Denver. A food truck will be onsite, serving dinner.
Open to any instrument, voice, and ability level.
Cost is $125. Scholarships are available for any amount needed.

SheBop Jam Sessions!
SheBop Jams are for all female identifying and non-binary musicians to play jazz together in a safe and welcoming environment! We can't wait to hear your creativity and expression!
