CCJA Big Band
CCJA Big Band
Each spring, CCJA offers a big band for high schoolers that rehearses weekly from February through mid-April and performs at big events such as the CCJA Jazz-O-Rama, the UNC/Greeley Jazz Festival, and more! The CCJA Big Bands are led by some of the region's best big band leaders and big band composers including musicians like Adam Bartczak and Greg Gisbert.
This group is wonderful for the intermediate to advanced high school musician who is seeking exciting big band repertoire and connection with like-minded teens in the are!
The CCJA Big Band does not require auditions, however, when we have more registrants than spots available on a given instrument, we may need to hold auditions for that section and will communicate with all registrants what the audition process will be.
Cancellation Policy: Once a session has begun, we are not able to offer refunds. We can work out credit toward a future program on a case by case basis. CCJA's costs are fixed once a session begins, based on the enrollment at that time. Thank you for your understanding.
