ADA Info for 800 Kalamath
There are no stairs in the building that you'll need to access as a musician/waiting family member. The one slightly elevated section (the "gas station" where the gender-neutral restrooms and sink are located) has a ramp. Rooms 101 and 103 have a few stairs to access the stages. If you foresee this being an issue, please let us know and we can move your group.
The front door does not have an entry button; the front desk attendant will buzz you in. If you need assistance entering, they will be more than happy to get the door for you!
If you need assistance with any other doors within the building, please ask at the front desk.
We will have earplugs available at the front desk, for anyone who might need them.
Restrooms/Food/Drinks
The building has both gendered and non-gendered restrooms. Food and non-water beverages are not permitted in the performance spaces, but there is a lobby area where you're more than welcome to eat and drink. There are no water fountains in the building, but there is a sink as well as vending machines in the kitchenette in the "gas station" (the slightly elevated room in a room in the lobby area).
Other Building Info
There is someone at the front desk the entire duration of the rehearsals, if you need assistance at any time.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Family members are welcome to wait in any of the lobby spaces during rehearsals. The Jerry Maddock Listening Library is a quiet, comfortable room where anyone can access our wide-ranging jazz album and CD collection.
